Patient Care Coordinator
My husband and I moved to Washington from North Carolina in 2012, and I joined the wonderful team here at Alpine Vision Clinic as a Patient Care Coordinator in the fall of 2018. I have over 25 years of experience in the customer service field; the last four in optometry. I thoroughly enjoy meeting and getting to know all of our patients. My goal is to ensure that you receive the best care possible and that you leave our office with all of your questions answered and needs met.
When I’m not here at the clinic I am at home as the primary caregiver for my dad with dementia. I enjoy spending time with my husband Anthony, our cat Porkchop, and our three dogs; a Pug named Gizmo, our Frenchie Kimchi, and our St Bernard Captain Pickles. Don’t get me started on anything Disney as I am an avid fan, and I am always looking forward to my next adventure to Disney World.
Lori Lawson has an AA degree in accounting. She joined Alpine Vision Clinic in 2006 as the Billing Coordinator and has had experience as a medical biller for over 30 years. She will gladly help you with any vision insurance questions you may have.
